EDDSA News
EDDSA teams with Circuitz:
EDDSA is pleased to announce that we have recently
finalized our merger with Circuitz
LLC. The merger will augment an already experienced
and knowledgeable EDDSA support staff with additional
HelpDesk and Technician resources for providing
Managed IT Services. Circuitz has a 6 year history of
superior IT support services for businesses in the
Charleston metro area, as well as the tri-county and
southern Georgia markets. With this merger, EDDSA not
only augments its commitments and capabilities targeted
toward the legal and healthcare verticals, but also adds
hands-on experience supporting customers in other industry
segments ranging from non-profit, to manufacturing,
educational, staffing, and real estate.
Service portfolio:
EDDSA is very proud to announce an enhancement to our proactive IT support services. This new software platform, EDDSA Managed Services, will give EDDSA added capabilities for proactive support in monitoring and remotely optimizing customers computer, server, and data network environments. The benefits of this service to customers who previously used outdated break/fix type IT support will be seen in their bottom lines, with as much as a 30% reduction in IT costs over traditional reactive Time-and-Materials services providers. In a difficult financial economy, this model provides for stable, predictable, and budget-able IT costs, with fixed price contracts and guaranteed Service Level Agreements.
Telecom partnerships:
EDDSA recently added Paetec as one of its telecom carrier partners, adding to its existing relationships with Spirit Telecom, AssetBlack, and Nuvox Communications. Through these partnerships, EDDSA provides consulting and support services for local and long-distance phone services, broadband Internet access solutions, multi-site wide-area-networking, and co-location facilities.
VoIP services:
EDDSA is partnered with both Spirit Telecom and Carrousel Industries to provide consulting, installation, and support of VoIP systems such as IP-Centrex and Avaya VoIP systems.
